Petruta Pirvan
I'm a qualified European lawyer specialised in cross-border data protection legislation and international law. I'm a member of the International Association of Privacy Professionals (IAPP), and a certified professional for Europe (CIPP/E), US (CIPP/US) and management (CIPM). Besides my legal studies I followed University courses on Artificial Intelligence and I'm AI Governance Professional Certified with IAPP AIGP designation. I'm an IAPP Board Member under the Training Board Advisory. From this position I contributed to IAPP certification exam and training materials from CIPP/E, CIPP/US, CIPM and AIGP. Previous to setting-up EU Digital Partners I acted as a Data Protection Offivcer for A.P. Moller-Maersk and as a cross-border data transfers lawyer for Accenture.

Kosha Doshi
Kosha is an incoming LLM student at the University of California. Berkley.
Kosha’s substantial contributions to the legal sphere are evident through her active engagement in policy advocacy as she has analyzed and provided insights on various drafts related to telecommunication regulations. Her work extends to international arenas, including the UK’s Data Protection and Digital Information Bill, DIFC’s DPL, and Vietnam’s DPL.
Kosha practical acumen is evident through her hands-on experience as she has adeptly crafted international commercial arbitration documents, standardized contract operating procedures, and meticulously crafted privacy policies and terms and conditions for prominent enterprises such as Apollo and Triomics.

Vibha Mohan
Vibha Mohan is a Lawyer with international and multisectoral experience in chemical manufacturing, retail, nonprofit, fintech and legaltech organisations. Currently training to qualify as a Solicitor of England & Wales, Vibhas hold the prestigious CIPP/E certification from the International Association of Privacy Professional (IAPP). Vibha is also a graduate of Symbiosis Law School, Pune, India from where she graduated in 2018 with a Bachelor of Business Administration Bachelor of Laws [BBA LLB]. Vibha has extensive professional experience in legal counseling, gained throughout her engagement with a variety of international organisations and she is skilled in responsive, pragmatic, and client-centric advice. Currently, Vibha, lives in Switzerland.
