E.U. Digital Partners is a sole proprietorship enterprise based in Bucharest. My company specializes in providing professional compliance services, trainings and workshops covering the applicability of data protection, privacy and digital regulations.

Why E.U. Digital Partners process your personal data?
I’m processing my customers personal data only for the purpose of providing required business and I endeavour to collect and process only the absolute minimum data required to deliver my services, as well as meet legal obligations.
I process data about our customers for the purposes listed below.
- Registering for, and delivery of training courses: Name and email address
- Registration and participation in webinars: Name and email address is captured when registering for webinars, information about participation, level of engagement, questions are captured during the webinar within the webinar platform and are used by E.U. Digital Partners for quality and webinar improvement purposes.
- Informing customers of new products, services, or webinars
- If customers provide consent, they will receive occasional email updates from E.U. Digital Partners, which customers are free to opt-out of anytime by mailing pp@eudigitalpartners.com with a reply.
- Dealing with enquiries: Name, email address and other information customers may provide will only be processed in order to address customer’s query.
- Invoicing for products or services customers have purchased.
- Credit card details and postal address is captured when paying for products

Webinars
When customer register for a webinar the name, email address and location (country) is collected directly by Microsoft Team which is a company based in the USA. Registration is confirmed to customer via email including the URL to be used to access the webinar at the specific time and date.
During the webinar itself, data about participation is captured by Microsoft Teams including the time when joined and left the webinar, any interactions made during the session (e.g., questions, chat, surveys, or polls completed), as well as an assessment of level of attention during the session (this is based the use of other applications during the session, e.g., checking email, etc).
Information about participation in specific webinars is accessible to E.U. Digital Partners and is used to assess the effectiveness and suitability of the webinar content, and to provide customers with a newsletter if consent was given.
Data retention
Data is retained only for as long as is necessary for the duration of each processing purpose and will be deleted when there is no applicable purpose or outstanding legal requirement.

I strive to avoid using cookies but some of the tools we selected unfortunately do involve the use of cookies in order for this website to function in a coherent and secure manner.
