Who is EU Digital Partners

EU Digital Partner is a limited liability company. We offer a range of services in the areas of risk management, digital governance and growth. Our services cover the applicability of data protection, privacy, AI governance and digital governance regulations. 

We have our own in-house expertise, but we also use a network of business partners matching the demands from our clients. 

Our aim is to provide customized and exceptional services to
our clients. 

Types of personal data we process, purpose, and lawfulness

We process our customers personal data, for specified purposes, and basis on the following lawful bases as provide by the relevant legislation:

  • Names and email address
  • Information about participation, level of engagements, questions captured by automated transcriptions during training courses

 

  • Registering for and delivery of services, including training courses 
  • Informing clients of new products, services, webinars 
  • Informing potential clients of new products, services, webinars

 

  • To be able to enter a contract with our clients or to be able to take the necessary steps to execute a contract with our clients.

Transfers of personal data outside of the European Economic Area

We typically do not transfer our customers personal data outside of the European Economic Area (EEA). Nevertheless, some of the digital tools we use to deliver our services might be, if we decide to use them, provided by non-EEA suppliers. If that is the case, we are engaging into the required contracts with our suppliers and we sign up to data protection clauses in the context of data transfers. 

Data retention

We retain our customers personal data only for as long as it is necessary for the duration of each processing purpose, and we delete them where there is no applicable purposes or outstanding legal requirements.

  • Restriction: Customers can request that we limit the processing of their personal data 
  • Data portability: Customers can request for their data to be ported to another organisation
